Medieval Craftsmen‘s House, Rothenburg

In the heart of the historical center

Since 1260, the old craftsmen’s house beyond the city’s first walls has preserved the stories of the people who once lived and worked here, coopers, blacksmiths, shoemakers, and many more. Beneath low ceilings and across creaking wooden floors, the Middle Ages come alive. Each room tells a story of daily life, craftsmen, and close- knit community.

Especially rewarding as part of Walburgas time-journey.
